Gerald (Gerre) Heron Biography

With my previous experience as a Real Estate agent on the East Coast, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, specializing in Interior Design, Staging and Builder Specifying for new construction, I am perfectly positioned to help you present your home for sale to maximize the best value or to help you purchase your new, awesome, Arizona home. Please see my portfolio website for my previous projects:

Preparing your home for sale is really the first part of Staging such as adjusting your mindset to appreciate that “you no longer live there.” Then simply cleaning, de-cluttering and de-personalizing your home so that prospective buyers can imagine themselves living there. Staging can often be about returning rooms to the originally intended function or creating a feature wall with a great paint color that draws the eye to a specific area and sometimes drawing the eye away from an area that may not be so conducive to the home’s attractiveness.

Staging is often considered romancing the home so that buyers can easily see themselves living there such as a kitchen island bar set with attractive place-mats, wine glasses, dinner plates and napkins so that they can imagine all the great meals that they will be enjoying there. Bathrooms hung with lush, coordinating bath sheets for example. Bedrooms with attractive comforters and analogous wall paint colors that suggest quiet and peaceful harmony.

If your property is empty, then it may require full Staging, which entails renting furniture and interior decor props. Often buyers cannot imagine what an empty room or empty house will look like when they have moved in. Staging a home often pays off with increased sales value and a timely sales closing.

If you are buying, let me help you find the perfect home for you. My years of experience in Real Estate, Interiors, flooring, tile and stone have gifted me with an intuitive ability to “listen between the lines” and see that sometimes when buyers believe they know exactly what they want, they often actually want something completely difference.

Now with Keller Williams, Biltmore Partners, in Central Phoenix, and living in the North Central Heights neighborhood, I am actively involved with the community having formed the North Central Heights Neighborhood Association & Block Watch, co-founder in the future Arts & Culture district, the HUB, (Hatcher Urban Businesses,) and I am on the planning committee for the annual Slope Fest in Sunnyslope.

My business philosophy is simple; “It’s never about the agent. It is always about the client.”

Keller Williams Mission Statement:

We believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, we haven’t done our job. We don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of our clients.
